01The service
Matan Feldman provides a website and an owner dashboard for a business. The owner can receive orders and manage their menu, prices and photos. The food, preparation, delivery and customer service are the business owner’s responsibility.
02Trial, monthly fee & cancellation
The service starts with a free trial. Before paid service begins, Matan and the owner agree the monthly fee and when it starts. There is no fixed trial length promised here.
You can cancel at any time by emailing Matan. We will confirm when the site will stop and any final payment or refund that applies under your agreement and the law. No further monthly service periods will be charged after cancellation takes effect.
03Your menu, logo & photos stay yours
You keep ownership of the menu, photos, logo and other content you provide. You give us permission to store, resize and display that content to build and run your website. Only upload material you own or have permission to use, including permission from people shown in photos.
Check your prices, product descriptions, allergy information, availability and contact details before sharing the site. Let Matan know if something needs correcting. We may show your finished site as an example only with your permission.
04Orders & payments
Orders and customer details are stored to run the shop and shown to the business owner. Customer phone numbers and delivery addresses are used only for handling the order, including contact and delivery. We do not sell customer data.
Payments for food are handled directly between the customer and the business owner, including through any payment service the owner chooses. We do not store card details. A dashboard payment status records an update; it does not itself collect money. The owner handles order changes, cancellations and refunds with the customer.
05Hosting & other services
The website uses Vercel hosting and a Neon database. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, which has its own terms and privacy practices. These providers help run the service and may process information outside Israel. Their outages or changes can affect the website.

06Availability & responsibility
We work to keep your website usable, but cannot promise uninterrupted service, error-free operation or a particular number of orders. Keep your own copies of important content and check your orders regularly.
To the extent Israeli law allows, our responsibility is limited to direct loss caused by our failure to provide the agreed service; it does not include indirect loss or lost profits. This does not remove any responsibility or rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.
