Sign in to your dashboard

  1. Open the private dashboard link Matan sent you. It looks like /owner/ followed by your site name. Keep that link handy.
  2. Enter your Password and select Sign in. If the password is missing or you cannot sign in, contact Matan.
  3. You start on Orders. Use View website to check what customers see.

Some businesses have an orders-only dashboard. If Products is missing, ask Matan to update your menu.

Read & update an order

  1. In Orders, choose New for new orders or Open for all unfinished orders. All also includes Delivered and Cancelled orders.
  2. Read the items, quantities, Wanted for date, Delivery or Pickup, Notes and payment method. Use the customer’s phone or WhatsApp link if you need to clarify anything.
  3. Select Confirm order when you accept a New order. Select Mark as paid only after you have checked that payment was received.
  4. For a Confirmed or Paid order, select Mark as delivered when it has been handed over or collected. It then leaves Open.
  5. Use Cancel for an order that will not go ahead. Find it under Cancelled; Reopen returns a cancelled or delivered order to New.

Status changes do not collect payments, issue refunds or automatically message the customer. Arrange changes directly with them.

Know what to prepare

  1. Look at What to prepare (open orders) in Orders. It adds together quantities from New, Confirmed and Paid orders.
  2. Check each order’s Wanted for date and Notes before cooking. The preparation list combines all open orders, not just today’s orders or the selected filter.
  3. Use Print for a paper copy. Delivered and Cancelled orders are excluded from the preparation totals.

The preparation section appears when there are open order items. It is not a date-specific kitchen schedule.

Change a price

  1. Open Products and find the dish, using Search products… if needed.
  2. Change its ₪ price field and select Save price. If the item has sizes, change the price for the correct size.
  3. Wait for Saved. It is live on your website. Then open View website and check the menu.

Leaving the price empty means Ask for price, not free. These prices apply to new orders; do not assume an existing order total has changed.

Add or hide a dish

  1. In Products, select + Add a product. Choose the Type and Section offered for your site, then enter Name, price and Description.
  2. If sizes are available and needed, select This item comes in different sizes and give each size a distinct name and price.
  3. Select Add to my website. Check the new dish on your public menu.
  4. To hide a dish, clear Show on website (or Show on a size row). Select it again when you want it visible.

Hiding is reversible. Delete removes the product; use hiding if you may want it back.

Upload a clear photo

  1. In Products, open Edit on the dish. Select Choose photo or Change photo.
  2. Choose a JPG, PNG or WebP photo of your own food. Daylight near a window, a plain background and a landscape or square frame work well. Leave space around the dish for cropping.
  3. In Position your photo, drag to move and adjust Zoom. Select Use this photo and wait for the upload to finish.
  4. Check the menu with View website. If the upload fails, try a smaller image or a JPG/PNG version.

Use photos you have permission to publish. Keep customer names, order details and other private information out of the picture.

Mark something sold out

  1. In Products, select Sold out today on the dish. A grouped item may offer Sold out today (all sizes).
  2. When it is available again, select Back in stock, or Back in stock (all sizes).
  3. Check the public menu after the change.

Despite the label “today”, this does not reset automatically overnight. Set Back in stock yourself when you are ready.

Change your password or language

  1. Open Account. Under Change password, enter Current password and New password (8+ characters).
  2. Select Change password and wait for Password changed. Keep your new password private; use Sign out on a shared device.
  3. To switch the dashboard language, use the עב / EN button in the header, or choose English / עברית under Account → Language.

Changing the dashboard language changes its controls. It does not translate the text on your public menu.

If something looks wrong

  1. Check your connection and read any error message. If an edit is not saved yet, copy the text before refreshing so you do not lose it.
  2. Use View website and refresh to check the result. Do not submit another customer order just to test a problem.
  3. Contact Matan by email below or in your existing WhatsApp conversation. Send the site link, the time, what you tried and the error message. If needed, include an order reference.

Never send your password. If you send a screenshot, hide customer names, phone numbers, addresses and other private details first.
